Kendra Fitzgerald
PCES, CES-TBMM, CPT, CYT

Kendra (she/her) is a Biomechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), Strength Coach, Yoga Teacher, Running Coach and Student Massage Therapist.

Kendra's 20 years of experience teaching in training clients all over New York City - and eventually the world - all began with a deep curiosity about the human body. This curiosity and love of learning informs Kendra’s method of training, which focuses on alignment, proper form and corrective exercise to help her clients live pain free.

Always a student at heart, education has offered Kendra the platform for mastery of her work and unparalleled attention to detail. A graduate of Dr. Sarah Duvall's Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Program, The BioMechanics Method, Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Yoga Works and certified by ACE, Kendra has completed extensive complimentary education in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology for movement professionals as well as corrective exercise, injury prevention and rehabilitation, sports coaching.

In addition to her extensive movement credentials, Kendra is currently a student at the Therapeutic Massage & Training Center in Westfield, NJ and is expected to complete her license in June 2025.

Kendra has been featured on The Today Show, in Men’s Fitness, Shape, CNN, The Tampa Tribune, Curve, New York Daily News, AM New York, and TimeOut New York, and as a cover model on Yoga Zeit magazine.

Kendra is most well known for melding her clinical expertise with creativity and a lighthearted perspective. At the end of the day, she understands that her clients are real people with real lives, it is her job to help them tune into the power of their own bodies, on their terms.

When she’s not working, Kendra loves to travel, go thrifting with friends, have family movie nights with her husband and two boys, and play with her adopted pup, Shawnee.

“I just wanted to reach out to you and thank you for all your help. You have given me my confidence back! I didn’t believe in the beginning that I would come this far and you were always able to push me to keep trying anyway. Since we had our last session my stomach [from Diastasis Recti] has come down tremendously. I still have a little ways to go but I know it can do it. I can’t wait to send you my progression photos for proof that this does work! Hopefully motivation for your future clients.”
