Personal Training can help you maximize your time in the gym and increase the effectiveness of your workouts. After a thorough movement and strength assessment, I create a goal-specific program that works with your body type (and the time you have!).

How is Personal Training different from Corrective Exercise?

 

Personal Training is more general in scope, with workouts being focused on strength gains rather than changing movement patterns.

 

It's perfect for you if you're pain-free and wanting to increase your strength and get in the best shape possible.

 

What if I have aches and pains?

 

No worries! I will help you decide when corrective exercises are needed, and will add them seamlessly into your training program. No need to schedule a separate appointment.

What equipment do I need?

​

After 18 years of training clients in NYC apartments (read: small spaces), I'm well versed in using as little space and minimal equipment. As your strength progresses you might consider investing in weights, but you also don't have to buy anything! Essentially, I work with what you've got.
